What personal data do we process?

We process personal data that you provide to us or that is necessary for our services. This may include your name, address details, date and place of birth, telephone number, email address, bank account number and, for a test ride, your driving licence number.

What do we use this data for?

We use your personal data to perform agreements and provide our services, maintain contact regarding appointments and transactions, process payments, maintain our records and comply with legal obligations.

Test ride data may also be used to handle traffic fines or damage.

We do not make decisions about individuals based solely on automated processing.

Processing by third parties and government authorities

For our administration, we use Burele BV in Nunspeet and Nmbrs Accounting.

They process personal data on behalf of Een Goeie Motor for bookkeeping and administrative purposes.

Your personal data is not sold. Data may be accessed or provided where necessary due to a legal obligation or an inspection by an authorised government authority, such as the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration or RDW.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention obligation requires a longer period.

We retain administrative data for as long as legally required. Test ride data is retained for at least 3 months so that any fines or uninsured damage can be dealt with. After that, this data is deleted unless a longer retention period is necessary or legally required.

Cookies

Een Goeie Motor does not use cookies or similar technologies to collect personal data.

Your privacy rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Where applicable, you may also object to processing, request restriction of processing, have your data transferred and withdraw previously given consent.

You can send a request to eengoeiemotor@gmail.com. We will verify your identity to prevent personal data from being provided to the wrong person. We generally respond within 1 month. In special cases, this period may be extended in accordance with the GDPR.
