Een Goeie Motor processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide them yourself.
Een Goeie Motor processes the following personal data from you:
First and last name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, address details, telephone number, email address and bank account number.
Een Goeie Motor processes the following special and / or sensitive personal data of you:
Your driver's license number which is noted on the test drive agreement.
For what purpose and on what basis Een Goeie Motor processes your personal data:
To be able to call or e-mail you if necessary to perform our services. / To deliver goods and services to you. / To pass on amounts as agreed. / If we are legally obliged to do so.
Een Goeie Motor does not make decisions about matters that can have (significant) consequences for persons made on the basis of automated processing.
These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example, an employee of Een Goeie Motor).
Een Goeie Motor does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
First and last name, date of birth, place of birth, address details, telephone number, email address, bank account number.
Retention period is at least the legal retention period up to 6 months after the legal minimum retention time, if there is a maximum legal retention time, this will be maintained.
The legal retention time is what the government requires us as a company to comply with.
The reason for storing the above data is that it must be present in order to be able to share with government authorities if they request it, for example the tax authorities or the RDW (For example, a VAT, books, or random checks). We also keep test drive data for a minimum of 3 months in order to be able to pass on any (traffic) fines or uninsured damage (if no damage and fines are known within these 3 months, we will destroy this data).
Een Goeie Motor will not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data, a Goeie Motor remains responsible for these processing operations.
Een Goeie Motor does not use cookies or similar techniques.
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.
In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Een Goeie Motor and you have the right to data portability.
This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to hugo@eengoeiemotor.nl.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request; blacken your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy (this to protect your privacy); we will respond as soon as possible, but at your request within four weeks. The copy of proof of identity will be destroyed immediately after inspection.
Een Goeie Motor would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
